It is possible to schedule another shipment. If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be placed in storage.

Customers can return undamaged items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. After inspection, eligible refunds are processed to the initial payment method. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Damaged items or opened consumables cannot be returned. Each piece of jewelry has been personally designed by us and sent to an Italian company with experienced craftsmen and advanced machinery that entirely took care of the production. Starting from the 3D design, we began to exchange ideas and opinions, in order to gain the best aesthetic and morphological version of each jewel. Once we obtained the final prototypes, we took several months to test their durability by wearing them constantly and testing them with the "challenges" that a piece of jewelry faces every day. After approving them, we worked on creating a packaging in line with our concept. Once we found the right solution, also made in Italy, we reached the completion of our product.

All jewelry has a 925 sterling silver base with a guaranteed 1-micron gold plating (18 kt color) or rhodium plating.

To extend their lifespan, we recommend storing the jewelry in a closed container, such as a jewelry box, a sachet or the packaging in which it will be delivered to you. Other useful tricks are: do not expose to severe heat sources, chemicals, perfume and especially thermal waters.

To properly clean a plated piece of jewelry, a soft cloth and (for a deeper cleanse) baking soda is all that is needed. Chemicals and rough-touch tools that may scratch surfaces should be avoided at all costs.

Our products are nickel-free.

Upon delivery you will receive a fully recyclable cardboard box containing feyon packaging. Each piece of jewelry will have its own packaging and an accompanying envelope in case you would like to make a gift. Everything will be placed in a standard GLS envelope to maintain your privacy.
