Altri accorgimenti utili sono: non esporre a forti fonti di calore, agenti chimici, profumo e soprattutto acque termali.

COME SI PRESENTA IL PACCO ALLA CONSEGNA

Alla consegna riceverai una scatola di cartone interamente riciclabile contenente il packaging di Feyon, ogni gioiello avrà la sua confezione e una busta di accompagnamento qualora volessi fare un regalo. Il
tutto verrà inserito in una busta standard di GLS per mantenere la tua privacy e non rovinare un'eventuale sorpresa.

BUONO REGALO

Una volta acquistato riceverai una mail all’indirizzo da te indicato durante il pagamento.
Ti verrà consegnato in formato digitale in modo da non farti attendere i tempi di una normale spedizione.
I buoni non hanno una scadenza, potrai usarli in qualsiasi momento ed utilizzarli fino al loro esaurimento qualora superassero l’importo del gioiello da te scelto. Non sono cumulabili con altri buoni.
Per usufruirne ti basterà inserire il codice inviatoti per mail nello spazio apposito nel momento in cui effettuerai l’ordine.
RESI E RIMBORSI

Dalla ricezione dell’ordine avrai fino a 14 giorni per poter procedere con
il reso. Non ti verranno addebitati costi aggiuntivi se non la semplice spedizione che sarà a carico del
cliente. Dovrai stampare il modulo che trovi in questa sezione, compilarlo ed
inserirlo all’interno del pacco, a questo punto potrai contattarci alla mail: hangasrl@feyonjewels.com e
sceglieremo insieme la modalità di reso per te più semplice.

I prodotti dovranno essere restituiti:

  • Correttamente imballati nella loro confezione originale, in perfetto
    stato di rivendita (non rovinati, danneggiati o sporcati) e muniti di tutti gli
    eventuali accessori;
  • Muniti del documento di reso (presente all’inizio di questa pagina), in modo da
    permettere ad HANGA SRL di identificare l’acquirente.

Per accedere alla procedura di reso il cliente è tenuto ad organizzare, a proprie spese, la spedizione degli articoli oggetto di reso a:

Non verranno accettati costi o addebiti ad HANGA SRL.

Ogni spedizione non conforme sarà rifiutata da HANGA SRL, con conseguente impossibilità di procedere al reso.
Il rimborso avvera’ solo nel caso in cui la merce restituita sia perfettamente integra e non abbia ricevuto nessun danno durante il trasporto dal cliente alla nostra sede. HANGA SRL accetterà la merce resa riservandosi ogni rimborso solo previa verifica che i prodotti siano stati riconsegnati nel loro stato
d’origine, non utilizzati e con il packaging originale integro. Solo in tal caso HANGA SRL provvederà all’inoltro dell’importo versato dal Cliente per l’acquisto dei prodotti. HANGA SRL provvederà a rimborsare al cliente l’intero importo già pagato entro quattordici (14) giorni alla data di ricevimento della merce
oggetto del recesso e della relativa comunicazione, tramite procedura di storno dell’importo
addebitato sulla Carta di Credito o a mezzo Bonifico Bancario. In quest’ultimo caso, sarà cura del cliente compilare l’apposito spazio presente nel modulo di reso.

Il diritto di recesso è sottoposto alle seguenti inderogabili condizioni:

A. Il bene acquistato dovrà essere integro e
restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti; per
limitare danneggiamenti alla confezione originale, raccomandiamo, per quanto
possibile, di inserirla in una seconda busta; in tutti i casi è vietata
l’apposizione di etichette o nastri

1. Adesivi direttamente sulla confezione originale del prodotto;

2. Non verranno accettati prodotti utilizzati
che riportino segni di usura o di sporcizia e che, di conseguenza, non possano
più ritenersi integri;

3. La spedizione, fino all’attestato di
avvenuto ricevimento nel nostro magazzino, è sotto la completa responsabilità
del cliente.

4. In caso di danneggiamento del bene durante
il trasporto organizzato dal cliente, HANGA SRL darà comunicazione al Cliente
dell’accaduto (entro 5 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento del bene nei propri magazzini),
per consentirgli di sporgere tempestivamente denuncia nei confronti del
corriere da lui scelto e ottenere il rimborso del valore del bene (se
assicurato); in questa eventualità, il prodotto sarà a disposizione del
Cliente, contemporaneamente annullando la richiesta di recesso;

5. Il Cliente decade totalmente dal diritto di recesso, per mancanza della
condizione essenziale di integrità del bene (confezione e/o suo contenuto), nei
casi in cui HANGA SRL accerti:

6. La mancanza della confezione esterna e/o del contenuto interno
originale;

7. L’assenza di elementi e/o anomalie al prodotto stesso;

8. L’uso del prodotto, che ne abbia compromesso l’integrità.
